We help hikers regain their ability & confidence with an individualised approach to movement, rehab and pain science. All you need to get started is some floor space, a wall, a mobile phone and a deep desire to get back out there pain free, that's it. Our online model of movement coaching requires learning and actual coaching, and that's why it works. We take in committed people every month and we get results.

For those who need more accountability, customisation and individualised rehab plans, our coaches will work with you to build plan that aligns with your body and the space, time and energy that you have available. Ensuring that every session is designed to progress you in a manageable & sustainable way.

We are well aware that most hikers typically aren't gym goers, thats why our training has been developed with a minimal approach to equipment. Whilst we do accommodate the gym, the vast majority of our programs are designed to be done in the comfort of your own home with a few pieces of basic equipment.

Chase started working as a personal trainer in 2012 and quickly realised that the issues hikers were facing where less about fitness and more about human movement & biomechanics.

Brandon is a registered Kinesiologist and CSCS certified coach with a Bachelor of Science. After breaking his back snowboarding, he developed a first hand understanding of the rehab process.

Frazer leads our live breath training classes, conducts 1:1 breath training and as an Advanced Oxygen Advantage instructor develops our guided breath training audio.

Jake has overseen the development of the HFM from day one, and handles our more complex health cases. He is also an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor
